Womens Black Pointed Wool Knitted Blend Witch Hat. Witch Hat measures approximately 22.05-22.83". Witch Hat has off white ribbon around it with off white bow in the back with a chiffon flower in the middle of the bow, off white chiffon flowers to each side.
