Womens Black Pointed Knitted Wool Witch Hat. Hat Circumference is approximately 22.05"-22.83". Hat is soft and elastic, breathable and lightweight offering a comfortable wearing experience. Witch Hat has pink tulle ribbon around the hat and large pink tulle bow in the back with 3 small chiffon flowers with pearls and rhinestones in the middle of the flowers.
