Black high quality fabric Witch Hat with Steampunk glasses and charms. Witch Hat has 2 small black chiffon flowers to each side of hat and 1 large chiffon flower in the back in the middle of large chiffon bow. Witch hat has 2 black feathers to the right side of hat and removeable hanging silver chain with bronze steampunk charms. Hat has large bronze steampunk charms on back left side.
