Black Pointed Witch Hat: Gray Flowers, Skeleton Hands & Veil

I make these 1 of a kind Witch Hats. This is a Black Pointed Womens Witch Hat is lightweight and made of high-quality composite sponge No stiffness and is bendable. The hat has 2 Large Chiffon Gray Flowers to the sides of the hat and 2 small Gray Chiffon Flowers with rhinestones in the middle of the flowers in the front of the hat, Black feathers and Black feathers with skeletons are in the front and Black Skeleton hands on each side of the hat, all this is sewed on the hat. Located on the point in the back of the hat are silver charms on a small silver chain. The Hat has Black Tulle Fabric Veil that comes down approximately 6" and runs from side to side of the hat and the hat is open in the front. Head Circumference 58 cm (22.83 Inches)
